Thanks for great job cleaning our house roof, gutters, windows, brick, concrete porch and back patio plus our 40x40 shop from top to bottom including the concrete covered porch. There was so much green, leaves, vines and dirt on everything because we have lots of big live oaks. Everything looks so clean and new again. Tim gave us a fair quote and then Caleb and Harrison did a fantastic job with this big project. The whole team seems to be very honest and professional. I will be signing up for the maintenace package for 2025 and 2026. Christina

Our roof this year was hideous with big black streaks of mold, mildew, etc. It was challenging to find a company that is bonded and insured and I was happy to receive a mailing from Exterior Wash Experts. Wow. Fantastic customer service that started with a visit from Tim to review and quote the job and ended with Caleb and Harrison doing an excellent job on the roof. Harrison and Caleb arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained the process they would use. They pressure washed our extended driveway, sidewalk and back patio. The results were outstanding and the concrete looks like new. I also appreciated how courteous and polite Harrison and Caleb were. Tim & Caleb arrived on time. They reviewed the areas to be cleaned, and addressed any concerns. They protected all the outside electrical items, and did a thorough watering of the surrounding landscaping to ensure the plants wouldn’t absorb the cleansers. They worked hard and left everything sparkling clean.

They were quick to come out and gave me an estimate for cleaning my tin roof, brick house and pool enclosure. Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite. They got me scheduled quickly and communicated well letting me know exactly when they would arrive. They did all the work in one day. They covered everything that needed to be protected like bushes, door openings and lights. The results were amazing. I am pleased with all aspects of their service. A++++ Tim and his crew are the best in Pensacola. We annually have them wash the house, patios and landscaping blocks and they do an excellent job. AMAZING work done by Harrison today! I was concerned that the screens were not going to be taken out, and he assured me the windows were going to be beautifully clean without removing the screens and without damage to the screens, and he was right! I had all my windows done, the screened and back porch done, my brick mailbox, my driveway and sidewalk, and my garage door done. I am so pleased with Harrison‘s work/Exterior Wash Experts that I will recommend them to others in my subdivision And I look forward to my next service in about six months!

By far the best pressure washing company in Pensacola! Communication was absolutely great. I was given multiple options to choose from. My house now looks like the day it was built. Tim is the best at listening to his client’s needs and following up with prompt, professional, and thorough service! It’s great that he uses email and text to communicate. The process from start to finish makes it really easy to do business. Tim, also let me know that Harrison would be arriving to complete my job. Harrison did an excellent job! He arrived right on time and worked diligently, paying attention to small details that really made the difference. He was friendly, professional, and informative during our walk-through. My brick pavers are clean and ready to be re-grouted and sealed. Additionally, after cleaning two brick pots and a number of larger stone pavers, Harrison took time to return them to my porch and rock garden, saving me a lot of time and effort. Crew (Paul, Dalton, & Khris) was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & did an outstanding job cleaning my long driveway, soffits, gutters, poolscreen, pool deck, house & windows. AND they did it all in record time. AND my grass was unharmed. It was a huge job & they did it ALL under five hours! Amazing!! Will definitely use them again & again. It was worth every penny!

Great job, I now need sunglasses to walk around the cemented areas it's so clean and bright.They were also very quick to respond.I met with a realtor Friday afternoon.
