Brent, Wyatt, and Kris came to our home and did a STELLAR job. All three gentlemen were polite and upbeat. Since I had my lanai wrapped up for winter, after they moved everything to clean, they helped me tremendously by putting furniture where I now wanted things for the summer season. I appreciated they were careful around my inground pool and plants. The owner is set on his company being a good place to work and it shows in the smiles on his crew. If you get a quote, I encourage you to learn about his approach with soft washing every year to allow for less wear and tear of your surfaces. Love these guys!

We first hired Tim's company, Exterior Wash Experts, last summer to do a wide variety of cleaning around our property, but we didn't do the driveway at that time. This time we did, and WOW! I didn't know concrete could look so bright! The area near our shed was literally black before they cleaned it. And look at that sparkling red shed!This company is ultra-professional, effective, and fairly-priced. From emails to estimate, and washing arrival to departure, they are a team to which we will always return.Special kudos to Khris, Wyatt, and Micah who came to provide the excellent power washing today!Deb

Not only does my house look spotless, but Brent, Paul and Khris were excellent! Professional, kind and personable, they were not phased by my 1,000 plants and all the outdoor furniture/equipment that needed to be shifted out of the way before they started. They put everything back without hesitation - and it all looked better than before! Incredibly efficient and thorough, they seemed as pleased as I was with the results. I’m not even sure who the leader of the team was as they were all very informative and involved. Would recommend them 1000% for any outdoor cleaning/refresh needs.

Brent and Paul did a full cleaning of our house gutters and down spouts as well as cleaning two utility buildings. It was the best the gutters have ever been cleaned since we moved in here. We had rain later in the day and I did a walk around and found everything working properly and better than it has in a long time. It eliminated a few problems we were having. I highly recommend them. Let them know I referred you if you would like.

Luckily they were available on relatively short notice. I needed them to spray and clean around a pool area and Lanai clean up( they were able to spray the rafters and remove algie growth) pre-sale of a home in Pace. They did a great job while I had them there I had them do all the exterior windows for a very reasonable up charge. Well worth it.

The crew was very professional, & arrived on time. I had my gazebo & my shed exterior washed. The gazebo, they taped off all the electrial outlets & bagged the fan & all lights. Pressure washed the inside, the roof metal & rafters. Pressure washed the outside & metal roof, & the deck was cleaned extremely well, including the ramp. For the storage shed, they pressure washed all four sides & all the trim, & the ramp leading into the shed, so now I can have the shed & ramp painted. Extremely well done, & I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs exterior washing done.

This was my first experience with this company. They were very friendly, neat, professional and reliable.They did everything we had agreed on and Brent was very efficient and orderly. He moved all the pots, plants and furniture in the courtyard. When he was finished cleaning he put it all back, exactly where it had been previously.Awesome company!! My neighbor recently used the services of Exterior Wash Experts, he was very pleased with the results. We have stucco homes that are 3 levels, which makes it difficult for the average home owner to clean. My home is 4 years old and it was time for a thorough exterior cleaning! I contacted Tim Krug, explained what I required, Tim explained my options, scheduled an on-site consult, he arrived on time, supplied me a very competitive quote and we agreed to proceed. Within 2 days, Tim and his crew were at my home, Jim Fulier train the process and they began their work. Within 2 1/2 hours my house was completely washed and it looked like new! Our experience throughout the process was outstanding! Our initial call was answered quickly and an estimate appointment was quickly set. The crew who came out was simply wonderful! They were on time, polite, professional, and did an outstanding job. They carefully moved our outdoor furniture, took the time to tape the outside outlets and doorbell and returned everything back to its original place when they finished. Beautiful job! My house and pool deck look like they've been repainted, they're nice and bright white again! Crew showed up on time, very polite, did exactly what was contracted. When something wonderful happens you want to share it and this is one of those moments. Our house needed a good cleaning and I was not sure who to call . He was able to come by same day to give me a quote and then set me up for a wash for the following Monday. Tim and his crew were punctual and professional. From my first conversation with Tim to the completion of the job, everything was professional, timely and reasonably priced with high quality work done even better than I expected. I thought my recently purchased house had a black roof until Tim removed the black algae to expose a green shingled roof. He cleaned the facia and soffit area as well, all within a few hours. Everything looks like new. Even the windows are clean.. None of the plants or solar lights all around the house were disturbed. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Tim's Power Washing. Whenever it needs cleaning again I will call Tim's Power washing. A pleasure doing business with Tim.

I was referred to Tim’s Power Washing through a friend. Since I’ve always done my own power washing, I wasn’t sure what to expect from someone else’s work, or how much they’d charge.When Tim arrived for our initial visit, to discuss the job, a quote, and dates available, he arrived on time, and was extremely professional, and personable. He doesn’t just look at the house and give you a price. He takes the extra time review the whole job, measures it out, and then he explains what he does to the different areas that would require varying degrees of pressure.Tim is truly a remarkable young businessman. His #1 concern are his customers. He would not consider my job as complete, until I was 100% happy with everything. Thanks to my OCD, I did spot one very minor issue, that was so insignificant, that no one would have ever even noticed it.So as I’m laughing at myself over it, I was also writing out a check to pay Tim for a job done extraordinarily well!That same day, Tim returned and remedied that very minor issue. As I said, Tim will not consider any job properly done, unless the customer is 100% happy. No matter what.As far as cost? After our initial visit, after Tim explained everything, walked around the entire home, looking for any areas in particular that needed some special attention, and after he took all the measurements, I was almost certain this was going to come with a pretty expensive price tag. Boy was I wrong! It was extremely fair, and less than the two other quotes I’d received.Wow! You just can’t find the caliber of work done, like Tim does ~ by a very professional team, like Tim’s company, for the kind of prices Tim charges.You can’t go wrong, but you can look great, if you call Tim’s Power Washing, the next time you need your home power washed. It’s cheaper than doing it yourself!Thanks Tim!
