great job. i like that they wear clothing that identifies themselves as employees as well as the vehicles they drive also have identifying markings. they covered my cameras as well as the outlets to protect them. just good people to deal with.

Excellent results! Crew (Paul, Dalton, & Khris) was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & did an outstanding job cleaning my long driveway, soffits, gutters, poolscreen, pool deck, house & windows. AND they did it all in record time. AND my grass was unharmed. It was a huge job & they did it ALL under five hours! Amazing!! Will definitely use them again & again. It was worth every penny!

This is my second 5 star Google review for Exterior Wash Experts. I have a maintenance agreement with Exterior Wash Experts and it was time for my next service which was completed today. Another superior service completed by Tim and Thomas. Tim’s watchful eye noticed all of the algae that had grown over the summer months on the sides of the house that get no sun and on the gutters and soffits. The entire exterior was power washed and the job they did was meticulous and perfect. One doesn’t really think the exterior of their home such as siding, bricks, gutters and soffits are dirty until they get power washed and it’s a real eye-opener. Looks like a newly built pristine home! I’m so glad that I have the maintenance agreement with them so I know that every six months my home exterior will be kept in pristine condition. I continue to highly recommend this professional service company for your exterior home cleaning needs and I recommend the service agreement.

Today was the second time we have used Tim and his Exterior Wash Experts team. These guys are just awesome! They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and do not dissapoint!They pressure washed the deck and stained it along with cleaning some dirty areas around the front porchs all the way to the 3rd floor. They never slowed down and did an outstanding job.I am constantly amazed with their professionalism.Tim, thanks so much for ALWAYS doing great work! You folks ROCK!!

Thanks for great job cleaning our house roof, gutters, windows, brick, concrete porch and back patio plus our 40x40 shop from top to bottom including the concrete covered porch. There was so much green, leaves, vines and dirt on everything because we have lots of big live oaks. Everything looks so clean and new again. Tim gave us a fair quote and then Caleb and Harrison did a fantastic job with this big project. The whole team seems to be very honest and professional. Caleb and Harrison were polite, courteous, thorough and professional when performing our whole house wash! They did the roof, house exterior (including windows), cleaned the gutters and downspouts, washed and rearranged everything they could on the patio, deck, driveways, sidewalks and fences. Our roof this year was hideous with big black streaks of mold, mildew, etc. It was challenging to find a company that is bonded and insured and I was happy to receive a mailing from Exterior Wash Experts. Tim & Caleb arrived on time. They reviewed the areas to be cleaned, and addressed any concerns. They protected all the outside electrical items, and did a thorough watering of the surrounding landscaping to ensure the plants wouldn’t absorb the cleansers. They were quick to come out and gave me an estimate for cleaning my tin roof, brick house and pool enclosure. Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite. A++++ Tim and his crew are the best in Pensacola. We annually have them wash the house, patios and landscaping blocks and they do an excellent job. Tim is the best at listening to his client’s needs and following up with prompt, professional, and thorough service! It’s great that he uses email and text to communicate. The process from start to finish makes it really easy to do business. Tim, also let me know that Harrison would be arriving to complete my job. Harrison did an excellent job! He arrived right on time and worked diligently, paying attention to small details that really made the difference. He was friendly, professional, and informative during our walk-through. My brick pavers are clean and ready to be re-grouted and sealed. Additionally, after cleaning two brick pots and a number of larger stone pavers, Harrison took time to return them to my porch and rock garden, saving me a lot of time and effort.
