Tim & Caleb arrived on time. They reviewed the areas to be cleaned, and addressed any concerns. They protected all the outside electrical items, and did a thorough watering of the surrounding landscaping to ensure the plants wouldn’t absorb the cleansers. They worked hard and left everything sparkling clean.

They were quick to come out and gave me an estimate for cleaning my tin roof, brick house and pool enclosure. Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite. They got me scheduled quickly and communicated well letting me know exactly when they would arrive. They did all the work in one day. A++++ Tim and his crew are the best in Pensacola. We annually have them wash the house, patios and landscaping blocks and they do an excellent job. AMAZING work done by Harrison today! I was concerned that the screens were not going to be taken out, and he assured me the windows were going to be beautifully clean without removing the screens and without damage to the screens, and he was right! I had all my windows done, the screened and back porch done, my brick mailbox, my driveway and sidewalk, and my garage door done. I am so pleased with Harrison‘s work/Exterior Wash Experts that I will recommend them to others in my subdivision And I look forward to my next service in about six months!

By far the best pressure washing company in Pensacola! Communication was absolutely great. I was given multiple options to choose from. My house now looks like the day it was built. Tim is the best at listening to his client’s needs and following up with prompt, professional, and thorough service! It’s great that he uses email and text to communicate. The process from start to finish makes it really easy to do business. Tim, also let me know that Harrison would be arriving to complete my job. Harrison did an excellent job! He arrived right on time and worked diligently, paying attention to small details that really made the difference. He was friendly, professional, and informative during our walk-through. My brick pavers are clean and ready to be re-grouted and sealed. Additionally, after cleaning two brick pots and a number of larger stone pavers, Harrison took time to return them to my porch and rock garden, saving me a lot of time and effort. Thank you Harrison and Exterior Wash Experts for a job well done! I will definitely be working with you in the future!

Crew (Paul, Dalton, & Khris) was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & did an outstanding job cleaning my long driveway, soffits, gutters, poolscreen, pool deck, house & windows. AND they did it all in record time. AND my grass was unharmed. It was a huge job & they did it ALL under five hours! Amazing!! Will definitely use them again & again. It was worth every penny!

Great job, I now need sunglasses to walk around the cemented areas it's so clean and bright.They were also very quick to respond.I met with a realtor Friday afternoon. I'm not one to usually leave reviews for businesses that I have paid to perform a service or sell me something. However, after the unmatched service and quality provided by Tim and everyone at Exterior Wash Experts, I felt the need to spread the word about the great service and quality job that they did pressure washing my two-story house with hardie board exterior walls and dimensional asphalt shingle roof. Being a two-story house with a detached garage, the price quote was up there, but very fair and worth the money spent based on the first rate job they did cleaning my house.I contacted Exterior Wash Experts after receiving a mailer postcard offering a discount if I called and mentioned the postcard. So, that's exactly what I did. And from that point on, I received nothing less of pure professionalism from Tim and the entire company. They immediately scheduled a date and time for Tim to come to my house and quote the job, and they emailed me a reminder and a short video explaining the entire process. Tim showed up exactly when he said that he would, and we scheduled the job for the following week, and the crew doing the cleaning also arrived exactly when they said they would.So now that I've expressed the professionalism of the company, I'll move on to the actual pressure washing/cleaning. Unfortunately, the day they came out it was a cloudy day with a little rain mixed in, so I had to wait until the next day when everything was dry to see how the house looked. All I can say is WOW! Every part of the house, especially the windows and soffit looked great. I have to say that it was worth every penny spent, as my house looks soooooo good after getting a such a superior exterior washing. I know this is a long review, but these guys warrant that and I highly recommend them if you need their services.Steve

This company and its owner, Tim Krug, are absolutely fabulous - very professional, beautiful and thorough work, and polite and hard working. (In the several hours they were here, I didn’t see one guy sitting around. They worked and “worked smart” the entire time.) The end product that Tim promised was exactly what he and his guys delivered.My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did with soft power washing our house, cleaning gutters (almost 30’ off the ground) and window washing. I had thought perhaps we were having the house power washed a bit soon but wanted to keep up with it; however, the before and after were amazing! (Our across the street neighbor was so impressed with their work and their work ethic that he has signed up also.)One of the things we were most impressed with was their attention to detail. Exterior outlets and other items were covered (built-in grill on our deck, for example) and after they were finished, we were asked to walk around the house with the lead guy to make sure that everything had been completed to our satisfaction. It had been - and it was perfection! We are so happy and will be using them for years to come.

Different house, but same great results from Exterior Wash Experts!Prior Review Spring 2021: Tim did a great job cleaning walkways, patios, soffits, siding & rooftops on our house, detached large garage and guest house. Very well done and looks great! Highly recommend his power washing expertise. Rooftop shingles look like new, and everything couldn't have looked better (and I know because I've tried the past 5 years). Tim's the only one I'll be calling in the future. Thank you, Tim.

Brent, Wyatt, and Kris came to our home and did a STELLAR job. All three gentlemen were polite and upbeat. Since I had my lanai wrapped up for winter, after they moved everything to clean, they helped me tremendously by putting furniture where I now wanted things for the summer season. I appreciated they were careful around my inground pool and plants. The owner is set on his company being a good place to work and it shows in the smiles on his crew. If you get a quote, I encourage you to learn about his approach with soft washing every year to allow for less wear and tear of your surfaces. Love these guys!

We first hired Tim's company, Exterior Wash Experts, last summer to do a wide variety of cleaning around our property, but we didn't do the driveway at that time. This time we did, and WOW! I didn't know concrete could look so bright! The area near our shed was literally black before they cleaned it. And look at that sparkling red shed!This company is ultra-professional, effective, and fairly-priced. Not only does my house look spotless, but Brent, Paul and Khris were excellent! Professional, kind and personable, they were not phased by my 1,000 plants and all the outdoor furniture/equipment that needed to be shifted out of the way before they started. They put everything back without hesitation - and it all looked better than before! Incredibly efficient and thorough, they seemed as pleased as I was with the results. I’m not even sure who the leader of the team was as they were all very informative and involved. Would recommend them 1000% for any outdoor cleaning/refresh needs.

Brent and Paul did a full cleaning of our house gutters and down spouts as well as cleaning two utility buildings. It was the best the gutters have ever been cleaned since we moved in here. We had rain later in the day and I did a walk around and found everything working properly and better than it has in a long time. It eliminated a few problems we were having. I highly recommend them. Luckily they were available on relatively short notice. I needed them to spray and clean around a pool area and Lanai clean up( they were able to spray the rafters and remove algie growth) pre-sale of a home in Pace. They did a great job while I had them there I had them do all the exterior windows for a very reasonable up charge. Well worth it.
